SUPPLIER SUSTAINABILITY POLICY
At Disa Automotive, one of our key objectives is to earn the trust of our customers, establish respectful relationships with our suppliers, and ensure that the right people choose to work with us for many years. Our relationship with our suppliers is the cornerstone of our mutual success. This Supplier Sustainability Policy outlines the standards and expectations we expect our suppliers to adhere to while doing business with Disa Automotive.
This Policy applies to all third parties supplying goods or services to Disa Automotive, including production parts, contract services, materials, and subcontractors.

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the environment, health, safety, and employee rights. Furthermore, all purchased materials must adhere to the safety restrictions regarding restricted, hazardous, and harmful substances as outlined in national and international legislation.
3. ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
Disa Automotive adopts ethical business practices and does not tolerate bribery or corruption by its suppliers under any circumstances. Suppliers must neither offer nor accept bribes in any form to secure or maintain business.
4. HUMAN RIGHTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This includes upholding employees' freedom of association, collective bargaining rights, and standing against violations such as forced labor, child labor, and modern slavery.
Suppliers must also ensure workplace safety by complying with international occupational health and safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001) and Disa Automotive’s OHS Policy (POL-004).
5. RESPONSIBLE SOURCING AND SUSTAINABILITY
Disa Automotive places great importance on environmental sustainability and expects its suppliers to align with this vision. Suppliers must source materials responsibly and minimize the environmental and human rights impacts of their processes.
