OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

1. COMMITMENT AND PARTICIPATION OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

In our company, we ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture is adopted and internalized with the continuous and determined support of senior management. Our management team actively participates in the implementation of the policy and in achieving our OHS goals, providing the necessary resources accordingly.

2. OHS CULTURE AND AWARENESS

To build an OHS culture and increase our employees' awareness of OHS, we organize regular training sessions and encourage the sharing of knowledge and experience. We act with the belief that every accident and occupational disease can be prevented and spread this awareness throughout the company.

3. RISK ASSESSMENT AND PREVENTION

We systematically analyze all hazards in our workplace and take proactive measures to reduce risks. With the goal of zero work accidents and zero occupational diseases, we prioritize safety in all our work processes.

4. MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT SAFETY

All machinery and equipment are procured, used, and maintained in compliance with national and international safety standards. Regular training is provided to employees on the safe use of machinery. Safety checks and predictive, preventive, periodic, and protective maintenance of machinery are conducted regularly. Safety devices on machinery are never bypassed or removed. Machine malfunctions or safety risks are immediately reported, and necessary precautions are taken.

5. NATURAL DISASTER SAFETY (FIRE, FLOOD, STORM, EARTHQUAKE, ETC.)

Preventive measures are taken to minimize risks related to natural disasters. Firefighting equipment, fire alarm systems, and emergency exits are regularly inspected and maintained. Employees are regularly trained on fire safety and the use of firefighting equipment. Fire drills are conducted regularly. Emergency plans for fires, earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters are established and regularly reviewed. Evacuation routes and assembly points are designated to ensure the safety of employees during emergencies. Training sessions and drills are organized to raise awareness of disaster preparedness among employees.

6. PROVISION OF RESOURCES, WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT, AND ERGONOMICS

We ensure the provision of all necessary resources to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Our factory environment is kept clean and orderly in accordance with lean production requirements and the 5S philosophy. We ensure the best possible physical and psychological working conditions. Work areas are ergonomically arranged and regularly reviewed. Employees are provided with OHS training on ergonomics and informed about proper working postures. Ergonomic risks are identified, and necessary measures are taken to minimize them. Work equipment and furniture are selected and positioned according to ergonomic standards. Working hours and breaks are scheduled to protect employees' physical and mental health.

7. USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

All employees are required to use the PPE determined by risk assessments and required by OHS regulations. PPE is regularly inspected, maintained, and replaced as needed to ensure proper use. Employees are trained on the use and maintenance of PPE. Disciplinary procedures are applied to employees who neglect to use PPE.

8. CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL SUBSTANCE MANAGEMENT

The use of chemical and biological substances is carried out in compliance with national and international regulations. All chemical and biological substances are stored and used with Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Employees are regularly trained on the safe use, storage, and transportation of chemical and biological substances. Appropriate PPE is provided when working with chemical and biological substances. Emergency response procedures are established and drills are conducted regularly for chemical spills or biological hazards. All necessary precautions are taken to prevent environmental harm during the storage, use, and disposal of chemical and biological substances.

9. EMPLOYEE AND STAKEHOLDER PARTICIPATION

We encourage the active participation of our employees and suppliers in OHS processes and support their contributions to improvement. We value open sharing of ideas on OHS, clear communication of all potential risks, and the involvement and responsibility of everyone in OHS matters.

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We strictly adhere to legal regulations and standards in the OHS field and work to continuously improve our performance. In addition to current legislation, we also consider the best OHS practices under European Union norms.
