CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and ETHICS POLICY

At DISA AUTOMOTIVE;

We consider adherence to local and international business ethics principles as a precondition in all our business processes and relationships and view it as one of the cornerstones of our corporate culture. Our Ethics Policy encompasses the entire set of moral principles we have established to guide our behaviors in the business world.

1. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

We strictly comply with all laws and regulations. We keep up-to-date with new laws, regulations, and legislations. All our activities are conducted based on legal legislation, articles of association, internal regulations, and corporate policies. No unregistered activities are conducted. The accuracy and consistency of business records are fundamental.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

All our employees fulfill their responsibilities to protect and enhance the corporate image and reputation. They take care to ensure their personal behavior stays within the bounds of legal and general moral rules. As employees of Disa Automotive, we are all responsible for complying with our ethics policy, all laws and regulations, and all instructions, procedures, and regulations prepared by our company.

3. HONESTY, TRUST, AND EQUALITY

We establish open and honest communication. With all individuals and institutions we engage with, including customers and suppliers, we adhere to the principles of honesty, trust, consistency, professionalism, and respect for mutual benefits. We treat each other equally and fairly. Mutual respect, trust, and cooperation among employees are fundamental. We act with an awareness of the importance of our work and our responsibility for trust, not with our emotions but with our reason.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

We protect the private information of each other, our company, our suppliers, our customers, and all our business partners. We keep all confidential and trade secret information, personal information of our employees, and all information related to our business partners confidential against third parties.

5. CUSTOMERS

We establish consistent, fair, careful, prompt, and responsive communication with our customers. We aim for superior quality in all supplied or produced products and all services we provide; fully meeting customer needs and expectations.

6. SUPPLIERS

We evaluate our suppliers fairly and equally. We do not engage in gift exchanges. In our relationships with suppliers, we behave openly, carefully, respectfully, and politely. We clearly define the requested service; expect our suppliers to work according to specified conditions in specifications, procedures, instructions, technical drawings, and contracts.

7. COMPETITORS

We compete legally and fairly. We do not engage in behaviors that restrict free competition, never disparage any institution or person, and do not make misleading advertisements.

8. COLLEAGUES

We always treat each other openly, fairly, and respectfully. We develop trust-based, helpful, sharing, and honest relationships. Mutual friendship, respect, trust, and cooperation among employees are fundamental.

9. PREVENTION OF DISCRIMINATION

Among our employees, employee candidates, customers, suppliers, and business partners, we do not discriminate based on race, color, age, gender, disability, pregnancy, religion, marital status, union membership, or political ideology in practices such as wages, promotion, rewards, training, hiring, and employment.

10. PRODUCTS

We always maintain the safety, reliability, and quality of our products at the highest level. We aim for superior quality in services and products; fully meeting customer needs and expectations. We never compromise on quality, regardless of the cost.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We protect and respect all intellectual property rights, complying with international standards and laws in this area. We prevent damage to intellectual property rights by ensuring their legitimate use and avoiding misuse.

12. INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS AND ECONOMIC POLICIES

In our domestic and international trade, we fully comply with international sanctions and the economic policies of different countries we trade with, adhering to relevant legislation and regulations.

13. USE OF RESOURCES

We handle company expenditures with utmost care, acting with a savings and cost-conscious mindset.

14. PREVENTION OF VIOLATIONS AND RETALIATION

No retaliation (including but not limited to discrimination, exclusion, loss of rights, threats, or harassment) is made against employees who report a violation or suspicion in good faith and/or seek information regarding our Ethics Policy. Even if illegal behavior or a violation of a rule cannot be proven as a result of employees reporting reasonable or justified concerns, no action can be taken against the reporter.
